From first assessment
to ongoing support

Find the right opportunities, give your people the skills to use AI, and turn a focused pilot into a supported part of your business.

01 / Assess

AI assessment & roadmap

Start with how your business works. We review the tasks that take time, the systems your team uses, and the information available to support a solution.

You receive a prioritized plan for where AI could help, where ordinary automation is a better fit, and what to test first.

What you get

  • Workflow review with the people doing the work
  • Review of existing tools, data, and access requirements
  • Opportunities ranked by likely value and effort
  • Build-or-buy recommendations and a proposed first pilot

The assessment is a separately scoped engagement. The free introductory call helps us agree on its focus.

02 / Train

Employee AI training

Help your employees use AI effectively in the work they already do. Training is built around their roles, recurring tasks, and approved tools.

Sessions combine demonstration, practice, and review so employees learn how to ask useful questions, check the output, and recognize when human judgment is needed.

What you get

  • Hands-on workshops using relevant tasks and examples
  • Prompting and output-review techniques
  • Guidance for company and customer information
  • Reusable examples and reference materials for your team

Training can stand alone or be included alongside a pilot and rollout.

03 / Pilot

Build & test one useful solution

Choose one opportunity from the assessment and build a focused program to test it. Before development begins, we agree on the users, scope, and measures of success.

A pilot could process incoming documents, search company knowledge, draft routine work, or connect steps across existing tools. Your team tests it in a controlled setting before a broader commitment.

What you get

  • A written scope and agreed success criteria
  • A working prototype using an appropriate set of data
  • Employee feedback and checks for accuracy and reliability
  • A review of results and a recommendation to proceed, adjust, or stop

The decision to implement comes after the pilot review, with a separate scope and estimate.

04 / Implement

Bring the solution into daily work

Move a successful pilot into the systems and routines your team relies on. We prepare the integrations, access, documentation, and rollout needed for day-to-day use.

Your employees learn how to use the program, handle exceptions, and get help. You own the custom solution, with third-party tools and services identified in the project scope.

What you get

  • Integration with agreed business systems
  • Access controls, exception handling, and review steps
  • Employee onboarding and operating documentation
  • Deployment, acceptance checks, and a support handover

Implementation is scoped to the pilot findings, your systems, and the rollout you need.

05 / Maintain

Keep your solution working

After launch, an ongoing maintenance plan helps keep your AI program reliable as tools, workflows, and business needs change.

The recurring maintenance fee is based on your solution and the support you need. We agree on coverage, response expectations, and responsibilities before the plan begins.

What you get

  • Monitoring and review of agreed system checks
  • Troubleshooting and fixes within the support scope
  • Updates to supported integrations and dependencies
  • Regular reviews and recommendations for improvements

New features and major changes are scoped separately. Hosting, software subscriptions, and AI usage costs are identified in your proposal.
